Enzo Maresca says Manchester United cannot complain about the controversial derby winner on Sunday because Manchester City are still awaiting an apology from the referees’ chief, Howard Webb, for a match-defining decision in the same fixture three years ago. City lost at Old Trafford in 2023 after Bruno Fernandes equalised despite Marcus Rashford being in an offside position.
Marseca was Pep Guardiola’s assistant at the time and had to witness Rashford’s winner minutes later. “The goal was not a regular goal, if you remember,” Maresca said. “And to be honest, no one apologised. We are still waiting for the apology for that goal. Sometimes it happens for you, sometimes it happens against you. It’s football.”

It's no secret that the US administration, under President Trump, has been keen to get foreign chip manufacturing migrated closer to home. There are also benefits for Taiwanese and Korean chipmakers manufacturing in the US; of course, the least of which is avoiding the threat of tariffs. And now it seems SK hynix could be considering joining the likes of Samsung and TSMC by setting up shop to make chips on US soil.
Specifically, this could be thanks to talks with Intel, Reuters says, according to "three people familiar with the discussions." This would either mean leasing some of Intel's planned Ohio fab or forming a joint venture with the company and cloud firms.
This latter option is one that analyst Jukan reckons is the more important detail here: "Not many people are paying attention, but what matters in the Hynix and Intel news is that Hynix and Intel could form a JV with hyperscalers hungry for memory supply. That's more important than the Hynix and Intel news itself."
If it did come in the form of a joint venture, it could bode well for both Intel and SK, as there would be shared risk and an entire shared infrastructure.
It's not the first we've heard of this, as only a couple of weeks ago there were reports that SK could be considering using Intel Foundry to produce its base dies. Now there's just a lot more credence to these rumours, even if they are indeed still just rumours. It's also worth noting that SK hynix already has some production set up in the US, but that's just for packaging, not actual wafer production, and it only recently broke ground. The potential Intel-SK deal the latest rumours refer to would be for making actual chips.

As Reuters notes, Intel hasn't had the easiest time of it over the past couple of years, so any kind of deal could relieve some pressure on the chip giant. The company, remember, was struggling to the extent that it gave the US government a 10% stake last year.
Saying that, the company has been seeing the tides turn over the past few months and has been keen to highlight that positivity in its earnings reports. And after news of this possible Intel-SK deal seeped out, its share price has jumped up—though not to anything more than a small spike compared to the entire past 6-month period. The same goes for SK hynix.
There could also be pressure against SK starting manufacturing in the US, as Seoul is unlikely to want the company to move in that direction. Though if SK hynix does use Intel fabs for its production, it won't have to invest a ton of physical capital into it, which might stave off concerns about moving too far away from Korea for its production.
Denuvo piraten «voices38»

Det er snakk om å lure seg rundt selskapets DRM-beskyttelse i minst 26 spill, blant dem storspill som Hogwarts Legacy, Black Myth: Wukong, Doom: The Dark Ages og Resident Evil Requiem. Listen inkluderer også eldre spill som FIFA 20, Need for Speed Heat og Assassin’s Creed Mirage.
Det skjer bare måneder etter at Denuvo ble omgått med en helt annen og langt mer ekstrem hypervisor-metode: den løsningen krevde endringer i sentrale Windows-sikkerhetsfunksjoner, mens «voices38» skal ha benyttet mer tradisjonelle cracks som direkte endrer Denuvos kontroller, det er mer effektivt og mindre risikofylt for pirater.
Derfor er Denuvo kontroversielt
Denuvo har lenge vært et av de mest kontroversielle DRM-systemene i spillbransjen. Vi har tidligere sett nærmere på hvordan Denuvo fungerer og hvorfor systemet har vært så omstridt blant PC-spillere.

Doom: The Dark Ages er et av de største navnene på listen. Vi testet spillet ved lansering og var svært imponert over både id Tech 8 og spillets ytelse. I sommer fulgte id Software opp med Revelations-utvidelsen som er enda bedre.
Kan ikke saksøke for vanlig piratkopiering
Det spesielle med saken, først dekket av TorrentFreak, er at Denuvo selv ikke eier opphavsretten til spillene.
Det betyr at selskapet ikke kan saksøke «crackeren» for tradisjonelt brudd på opphavsretten på samme måte som spillselskapene kunne gjort. I stedet bruker Denuvo anti-omgåelsesreglene i den amerikanske DMCA-loven.
Disse forbyr blant annet å omgå digitale sperrer som kontrollerer tilgang til opphavsrettsbeskyttet materiale, samt å distribuere verktøy eller instruksjoner som gjør slik omgåelse mulig.
Skal prøve å avsløre identiteten via Reddit, Discord og Steam
Den store utfordringen for Denuvo er at ingen offentlig kjenner identiteten bak «voices38». Saksdokumentene omtaler vedkommende som en ukjent person eller virksomhet, i tillegg til ti ikke-navngitte medtiltalte.
Denuvo mener imidlertid å ha funnet flere kontoer som kan knyttes til crackeren, blant annet en Discord-ID, en Reddit-konto og syv Steam-profiler.
Når søksmålet først er registrert, kan Denuvo be retten om tillatelse til å stevne Valve, Reddit og Discord for å få utlevert kontoopplysninger knyttet til den aktuelle brukeren. Det ligger foreløpig ingen slik begjæring om bevisinnhenting i saken, men det vil trolig komme snart.
