Stafford: Rams Practice Quality Highest Since 2009

Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford praised Monday's practice as the highest quality work he's experienced since joining the NFL in 2009.

During Monday's practice, Stafford witnessed standout performances from cornerbacks Trent McDuffie and Jaylen Watson, who broke up passes to receivers Davante Adams and Puka Nacua. The offense later countered with touchdown passes to both receivers in what Stafford described as a back-and-forth session featuring exceptional plays.

'There was a lot of high quality plays out there,' Stafford said via the team's website. 'Plays that in the books will go down as good for the offense, and in the books it'll go down as good for the defense. Sometimes you just tip your cap... as high quality of practice football as I've been around.' The practice took place without defensive end Myles Garrett, who was sidelined due to lower body soreness, yet the Rams continue to be considered favorites for the 2026 season. milkshakeslot.com
