Former Cowboys DE Kneeland Had Early Stage CTE

The Boston University CTE Center determined Kneeland, who was 24, was in stage one of four of the brain disease, which can only be diagnosed after death. CTE is linked to repeated concussions and has been a concern among contact sport athletes.
